Processing Time

- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Some items may require additional processing time prior to dispatch.

- Orders shipped from New Zealand to Australia with a declared value exceeding AUD $1,000 may be subject to GST, customs duties, and additional clearance fees as determined by Australian Border Force. These fees are not included in your order total.

Lost or Stolen Packages

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Address Accuracy

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
